The organization and its exact Canadian jurisdiction are identified.
The file is compared against the organization's official website and publications.
Wording, symbols, colours and proportions are confirmed.
Source, copyright, trademark and permission are recorded.
The asset is classified and given alt text and a caption.
A human reviewer approves or declines publication.
The listing is scheduled for periodic re-verification.

Automated matching alone never approves an emblem, and community users cannot replace an official emblem.

Substitute an American emblem for a Canadian body.
